女，漢族，1990年11月生，管理學博士，講師。2011年中國青年政治學院公共管理系政治學與行政學專業本科，2014年北京師範大學政府管理學院行政管理專業碩士，2014/12-2017/06國家開放大學（西安）文法教學部教師，2023年西安交通大學公共政策與管理學院公共管理專業博士，2020/01-2020/08和2021/10-2022/10赴美國馬裡蘭大學社會學系、馬裡蘭人口研究中心公派聯合培養。
